He began his journey in 2013 with a single-family home—purchased after 18 months of saving—and has since expanded to nearly 100's of doors nationwide, including apartment complexes, Airbnb rentals, self-storage facilities, and hundreds of acres of land for development.

In 2013, Chris bought his first property after 18 months of saving. That investment became the foundation for a $50 million self-managed portfolio spanning apartment complexes, short-term rentals, and development projects nationwide.

As the CEO of Creekwood Capital in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Chris has built a real estate investment business generating up to $10 million annually. With over a decade of experience in short- and long-term rentals, creative financing, BRRRR, and house flipping, he’s proven that sustainable growth comes from strategy—not chance.
